By accessing or using IELTS Examiner AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. IELTS Examiner AI provides AI-powered IELTS Speaking mock exam practice with honest band scoring.

2. Description of Service

IELTS Examiner AI provides an AI-powered IELTS Speaking exam simulator. The service includes voice and text-based mock exams covering all three parts of the IELTS Speaking test (Interview, Long Turn, Discussion), AI-estimated band scoring across four official criteria (Fluency & Coherence, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range & Accuracy, Pronunciation), and personalized feedback. We use advanced AI language models to conduct exams and evaluate responses.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account (via Google SSO) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IELTS Examiner AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming and attempting to circumvent security measures or usage limits.

5. Safety and Content Policy

IELTS Examiner AI strictly prohibits the use of its service to generate, request, or share content that is illegal or potentially dangerous. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Instructions for illegal activities or building weapons.
• Promotion of self-harm or harm to others.
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors.
• Terrorism or violent extremism.
• Hacking or unauthorized access to systems.

We use automated systems and human review to detect and prevent such behavior. Violations of this policy will result in an immediate and potentially permanent ban of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The service offers both free and premium tiers. Free users receive a limited number of daily mock exams. Premium access may be offered through promotional grants or paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment methods will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology related to IELTS Examiner AI, including the AI models' configuration and the platform's code, are the property of IELTS Examiner AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. IELTS Examiner AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to these organizations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Examiner AIshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Band scores and feedback provided by the AI are estimates for practice purposes only and do not constitute official IELTS results. They should not be relied upon as predictions of actual IELTS test performance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
